Do you know what set of strings (brand) comes with the guitar?

I bought one of these recently on a whim. It's all you say! Came out of the box set up, in tune, sounds great. Impressed by the variety from the single P90 just from the tone control. Might quibble about the colour, more orangey than TV yellow but who really cares. Only 2 things - fitted a shim under the pickup to raise it nearer the strings, and will probably get better tuners; the only weak thing about it. Heartily recommended. Could hardly believe it for the price!

Very nice guitar ive got the same, out of the box is awesome. To my surprise mine is only 2.5kgs also the shim under the p90 i bought mine used for only 100 euro. Its the only guitar i play right now. Im very impressed.

Blackstar and Harley Benton is a great combi for great tones for Home. Absolutely Great what you get for your money these days. Sc 550 and Blackstar HT1 and I'm in Soundheaven in my Bedroom

Put in a .010 mfd paper in oil cap and wire it vintage instead of modern…. And that thing will sound amazing….

got it 1 year ago: it's fantastic, a must🎸 have! i've just rised by 3mm the pickup by means of a simple plastic shim, imo gains more presence and attack

Hi Sascha, you made an amazing demo with all the main things covered. Killer jam in the beginning, just love your hard rock playing, gives me a lower gain Iommi vibe 😉 Have you played the SC, too? I'm deciding between those two and wonder how they compare sonically and feel-wise, the neck, resonance etc. Also did you have any problems with the bridge? A lot of people mentioned they had trouble with it being too sharp on the picking hand and not allowing a low enough action or pickup height. Greetings from Czech rep. 🤘

Hey! Thank you, I am glad to hear that 😊 I never played the SC Junior, so I can’t compare them. The Bridge can be a bit sharp for the picking hand, that’s right. But with the height adjustment I never had problems ;) The bridge is a part which you can easily replace if it doesn’t work for you

@SRguitar Hi ich hab sie mir sehr günstig gebraucht zugelegt, soll mir in der Zukunft als mein erstes Bastelprojekt dienen. Umlackieren, Hardware tauschen usw. Doch in der nächsten Zeit wollte ich sie erstmal original lassen, das Problem das ich jetzt habe, ich finde die Saitenlage (zumindest für meinen Geschmack ) entschieden zu hoch, wenn ich mir die Hals Krümmung ansehe, scheint diese komplett gerade zu sein, und drücke ich z.B. die tiefe e Saite im 1. und letzten Bund runter, liegt diese schon auf allen Bundstäbschen auf. Muss ich in dem Fall schon die Bridge weiter runter schrauben? Ich spiele zwar seit über 30 Jahren Gitarre, aber Service habe ich bisher immer machen lassen, möchte ich jetzt aber mal selber lernen. Darum bin ich für eure Tipps dankbar.

Can it be perfectly intonated with those screws? or is like a Tele ie. as close as possible

You can intonate it perfectly, there is a screw for every single string :)

Eigentlich ist die Farbe echt geil. Ichhab sie auch. Hab aber den Hals abgeschliffen und mit Antikwachs behandelt,jetzt ist sie genial. Achja,den Pickup muß man etwas höher setzten
