Rode my first trike this morning. A tri glide... sold me as the distance machine im looking for. 6 gallon tank, supreme comfort and plenty of power. I think i like the styling of the freewheeler more though. Sportier and more barebones so i can style it my way.

I am new to the FreeWheeler and this is the video that I so appreciate ! Great, clear video with excellent knowledgeable commentary. You are an excellent rider and always putting safety first. Great reminders for any and all riders two or three wheels! I would never ever want to wheelie this bike, ever! The revers ability is exceptional ! I have a 16 freewheeler. Love it. Hard to choose between my Freewheeler or my 17 Street Glide on long distance rides. Its just that much more comfortable

Hey man so I am saving money to buy a freewheeler as my first cycle I'm 24 my dad use to ride when i was a kid and I have always wanted one but found the trikes to be more practical for me personally. Would this be a good bike to save up for and also for a first time rider

The good thing about the trike is you don’t really ha r to balance it but it doesn’t ride the same as a motorcycle. I always say get what you like because you be more likely to ride it but yes it will be fine for a new rider.

another 5 mile review.. whoopie.. How bout a review with 25k+ miles. This will give a better idea if the trike is worth a flip or not.

Nice machine, but you state that a Spyder feels more unstable and the Harley handles super well. This is just plain wrong, The way to ride a s Spyder is not with a death grip but relaxed , if not ,the machine feels slightly twitchy. A reverse trike wont tip over when you take a corner at high speeds , the harley WILL, or at least it will oversteer like a madman. Also , the spyder has loads of safety features that the harley just doesnt have. If you do manage to ride like an utter fool , the spyder will cut power and will try to balance the trike. Its only flaw is that you gotta be careful when reversing , because i've allready seen a Ryker tip over when on elevated terrain and reversing at higher speed. The Harley does look super nice though , however it is really expensive. What HP does this machine have? A stock spyder F3S with the 1330 triple will make 115hp and 96 footpounds of torque, however with remapping , an aftermarket exhaust & plugs and a K&N air filter it will reach 130-135hp easy.
