While out on our motocamping trip Right Motos was nice enough to let me test ride his Harley Davidson Iron 883 with the 1200 conversion. I was in my pajamas but I wasnt about to pass up that opportunity. Hope you guys enjoy the video. Links to everything below!

If you could ride you would not need to duck walk the bike to turn round. A competent rider can turn a Road Glide in that space, take some lessons, ride safe.

same 883 tops out at 105, the conversion kit wont change the top speed but it will accelrate mush faster.

Everyday But Sunday Well, I don't think the people that do this conversion are worried about fuel economy though I doubt it will go down enough for you to feel it.

Is it normal to experience increased valve train/rocker noise after the conversion? Is it because of the pushrods not being adjustable?

100streamliner yes. Mine is a 2003 883 to 1200 and its had that noise 65k miles strong

@@kalebbyrd4318 when you change your oil is there a bronze or copper colored haze to it? Under a bright light they are like brass dust specs. So so tiny but they are there. I'm not Shure if it's normal or not. Apparently these bikes have brass bushings in the engine and transmission so I wouldn't be surprised

@@DJMotoVlogsmy dad had the Screamin' Eagle Stage IV done on his bike to the stock 1200 and its how the bike should be. its insane though its around 2200cc. some of the stuff is Screamin' Eagle and other stuff is a company I can't remember because Harley doesn't have a kit to take the displacement that high. if you get a chance to ride one with a stage 3 or 4 take the ride!

Exactly the reasoning why I don't pay much attention to my family moaning and worrying about me riding. Because I know theres a TON of idiots out there bringing the average way up. Full gear, head on a swivel, no shenanigans until I'm out of town. Seems to have worked for me thus far.
