There's a lot of hints that Harley and Ivy will get together in Season 2 and they've been there ever since the beginning of the series. The writers were just careful not to shove them in our faces. It's nice that the hints they littered throughout the series were building to something because Harley and Ivy kissed and even had sex in Season 2.

I just love harley and ivy in this series (gay man btw), I've always liked the pair since BTAS and ivy being a strong and positive influence on her, like a big sister, but here it really fleshes them both out.
