Yah...much as I was surprised about some of Quinn's feats, the moment they mentioned Jinx's tolerance for poison and taking hits from a dude who shakes mountains - that was enough for me to lean towards the LOL character. I should also note...I'm currently on a streak of guessing DB fights right, ever since getting Dio Vs Alucard wrong.

I would definitely reccomend Arcane if you want to watch it. It's 9 episodes and each episode is like 40 minutes long but it's definitely a masterpiece! I don't think I've ever seen anyone watch Arcane end up NOT liking it tbh

Considering Zatanna's feats she's the very clear winner. While the two have a lot of similar levels of power, Zatanna has just outclassed her with greater feats. Also she technically doesn't need to speak backwards to use magic, she's used magic without speaking multiple times, but back to her feats. Like when she defeated Zorr, a time tailor who could control reality and fought the spectre. Their fight was bizzare, with them growing bigger than planets and throwing each other through realities and messing with time. Or when she and other magic users powered up the spectre to match the anti monitor after he had destroyed the multiverse and was becoming an aspect of the presence. Or the when she made up 1/3 the power necessary to freeze time throughout the multiverse. Or when she held off Pralaya, the feminine side of the great evil beast and non existence itself, after Pralaya had destroyed all of creation. And that was from a mental projection of her and constantine she made after she had been erased from existence. It was stated by nightmare nurse that her magical potential was so great that she rarely uses even a fraction of her full power to preserve her normality. She's been stated to be one of the most powerful sorcerers in all dimensions and even the quintessance, a group of 5 cosmic beings that oversee the multiverse, count her as a powerful future ally. Zatanna doesn't often get big flashy displays of power but this is mostly because, as stated by her, when you deal with magic it can be hard to maintain your sense of normality. This is why she holds back a lot of her power. But the very fact that she was able to overcome the upside down man, while in his own magical dimension, is incredibly impressive. The upside down man is the shadow of Hecate, the first being of magic to form from the godsphere during the beginning of everything. Hecate was the most powerful of the gods, they all feared her power. When she looked upon the upside down man she created a barrier between the positive multiverse and trapped him in the dark multiverse. Hecate and the upside down man are practically magic itself and Dr Fate mentioned that the upside down man's magic was potent because it drew directly from the source, aka God basically. This is definitely an outervsal feat, one of a few she's done. When she had chaos magic she actually ripped apart of the comic book panel and destroyed it. This was technically an amp since she was given it by mordru, but hey maybe she can gain control of scarlet witches chaos magic and do this again, though I doubt it. Either way I put her feats far above scarlet witches.

Heck, it's even been pointed out that the DC universe has a higher level of magic than the Marvel universe. When Wanda got sent over there, she took out the Justice League with a single hex. This puts Zatanna's baseline magic power at a higher level than Wanda's. Not to mention many of Wanda's strongest feats have been done almost completely by accident and may have involved outside help. Zatanna just has better control of her power overall.

Ringmaster, the guy who's a Leage of Legends fanboy and jumped in as a third host, has been around for a while. He's the host of DBX starting with Season 4, and he was mentioned by Boomstick last year in Yoda vs King Mikey and appeared in Macho Man vs Kool-Aid Man.

In either situation that if they either didn’t used ingame items on jinx as feats or used the apocalypse version of Harley (which is her peak power level) they would have had to used the other alternate version of jinx too which both odyssey and star guardian Jinx are solar system and probably a bit beyond level of strength with feats that almost are godlike…while apocalypse Harley can fight off darkseid being quite a great feat, jinx’s level of power, abilities from both odyssey and star guardian jinx and other feats just goes beyond what Harley could achieve in power level…she could still probably pull up a good enough fight just like in this battle here but it would end up being the same tbh As for just not using the items from the game, jinx is physically superior in power compared to harley as she can withstand absurd amounts of damage, has hella explosive gear and other very useful gadgets both made with Chemtech and hextech which combined together makes it hella more explosive, as for the gas, it did affect her to an extent…her laughing was just from her trauma being activated from the toxins since all her life she lived in the most toxic part of Zaun where normal people could breathe in more than a minute before dying or from a small amount contracting a disease that slowly kills them, so jinx’s immune system is build from a very very young age to deal with toxic environments, not to mention her trauma has been making her mentally unstable since a very young age too so she wouldn’t be incapacitated like most people that are exposed to Harley’s toxins as jinx’s trauma even helps her in battle, reinforcing the fact that jinx is able to be fully functional while being crazed to her peak…also while she was infused with shimmer, it made her more lethal while being in her traumatic episodes and the toxic drug that is shimmer alone altered her biochemistry making it even less likely that toxins will work on her…so ultimately jinx was the winner her it just was a question of time more than power level as they cannot evenly match Harley and jinx at the same power level exactly since if they use one version of a character (apocalypse Harley for example) then they cannot use normal jinx as it would just be seen as bias and unfair to use one character’s alternate universe feats but not the other one and items aside, jinx’s feats are over Harley’s feat in most areas but Harley could still pull up quite a good fight either way but it would still end up with her losing tbh
