Homero is a cool guy and very passionate about everything he creates. His products are quite complex but very enjoyable. You can add them easily to recipes. However, I wind up eating them like salsa before I get the chance to cook with them.

@@TNTspices indeed! I dumped the entire bottle over some pork chops and marinated them in it for a day before grilling... really nice!
