Great review. I have the PP38+ that came with the 2 knob control board and I just installed the 3 knob circuit board. The P43, is the same size as the P38. My P38 is manual light which works great as we leave it on all the time. The P38 does heat very well, not just with the blowers but you get the heat transfer from the sides, top, and front, as you would with the P43. Thanks again. Rog

Both are good units. Yes, the Harman is more expensive. If you can afford the Harman...great. we like the pellet distribution technology of a Harman . The Santa fe is also tried and true. Both are positive choices. Thank You Brett and Briggs
