Most cars can float across small little rivers like that, just have to make sure you're gunning the accelerator and moving somewhat quickly, not sure what the criteria is for it to actually work but I've definitely done it myself more than once. I did a manhunt with my gf and my best friend. We used the sultan rs to chase. My friend ran the first round using the bmw you get from agent 14, since he’s broke😂. He did good on his run. But when it was my turn to run, we started at the airport. Not even a minute of me running to beekers garage, I lost them. It wasn’t till sandy when my friend caught up. I didn’t want to use the highways. Too easy
