HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst KZbinr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 KZbinr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA KZbinrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"
Feeling very confused and like I was having a fever dream, just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger...
WHISTLINDIESEL RUNS THROUGH THE WALL OF CORRUGATED FENCE AND TARPS IN HIS BRAND NEW LAMBORGHINI HURACAN THAT HE recently purchased from TJ HUNT (what is going on ((I am truly alarmed)) hitting and dismembering the worst GTA 5 youtuber of all time.
Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

Engine- Raises acceleration Transmission- Also raises acceleration slightly and decreases shift time Turbo- increases acceleration Spoiler- increases traction and bonus some cars start with their gravity increased. Neon kit- lowers center of gravity. Armor- decreases damage value This is confirmed through mod menus and in game files.

A good rule of thumb is to just disbelieve any info video game gives until you do the testing to make sure the game regularly gives accurate information. I have seen so many games have stat screens that basically lie or give misleading information. Also, good video, btw. I love informational videos like this on games I love.

All garage space has all been filled up. I'm a very big car guy. I love to get cars and fix them up. I have a real life collection of some very nice cars in real life including 1970 cadillac deville convertible and a nice ass Bently and a very high up lifted yukon denali with a very large sound system in it and lots of horsepower along with it.

Yeah my ceo garages, 3 nightclub garages, Eclipse Blvd is full. My house is full, My second house is full, my third house (2 car garage) is full, arcade is full, auto shop is full, and I’m working on a handful of other car garages. I try to keep all vehicles made by a specific manufacturer together. So really I’m just explaining how many manufacturer garages I’ve completed so far (plus or minus some for a number of reasons. Whether they’re not noteworthy or the garage is too small to fit all of them made by a specific manufacturer)

Oof. I’d really like it if they can make the cars turn and drift realistically. I will say I’d like it if they added certain things to all vehicles. Prime example is stanced vehicles. Some cars just don’t get the camber others do and I’d like that to be more realistic while effecting the car how it’s supposed to effect the car

Putting armor on the car definitely affects the handling and the weight. When I maxed out my brickade six by six it became hard to control I would test this out for yourself. Get a car fully armored and ram into another car and see how hard it is to move the armor car

Wow! Thank you so much for making this, I literally was wondering this last night because the HWS upgrades were so expensive I wasn't sure it mattered to add them if the bars were maxed out. Apparently, worth doing! I was hoping you might answer another question in another video: Is the enhancements for all the different tuning categories a linear improvement in every situation, OR, does a lower tuning, like street vs racing suspension, offer a better experience in specific areas of the game? Meaning, would there ever be a need to just get, say, level 2 of a suspension or transmission upgrade so that it handles better in the city, or can turbo tuning be a disadvantage in some situation? And, especially, are brakes a strict linear improvement or do different braking tunings offer better handling? Etc. I feel like I've overtuned some of my cars to be too fast (if that can be believed, haha) and sometimes the brakes don't seem to do much or make the car slide too much (I like a stable, grippy feel).

The only thing that would effect it really is suspension level, but it’s only on certain cars that are affected. For example the Vapid Clique has a HUGE benefit from having the lowest suspension settings, it’s like driving an entirely different vehicle if you don’t have it slammed. So yes on certain cars suspension can be a hinderance, but most of the time you’ll get the most benefit by lowering them fully. Everything else you should just upgrade!

Adding armor to a car does effect its speed, I think with some vehicles it doesn't make a difference, like both my electric cars capped at the same speed when the armor was removed, but the reaper capped at 113mph with armor and 12(something)without. I just checked with the pagassi reaper again. I couldn't do the side by side thing so I instead slowed it down to 1/8 times speed and the one without armor was 2 minutes 43 seconds and the one with 100% armor was 2 minutes 50 seconds so there is a difference but very very small, and I think it depends on the vehicle although that doesn't make much sense

there is one vehicle i know of that the 'armor' does change the vehicles performance, i forget the name of it right now, its the Nightclub's van, the best armor on that makes the vehicle handle like crap, but this might be partly due to the plough on the front, i dont know if that has any extra CoM change with it, i use the next one down from the best armor on that vehicle.

I think RS purposely made the acceleration bar visible PAST where it maxes out (on PC) for current gen, HSW players to give people yet another reason for investing in console gaming and that they have a deal with console manufacturers to give people reasons to buy consoles. Why else would all the HSW and other benefits *only* be available for consoles after all these years? I doubt greatly that they couldn't have ported all of the features to the PC version of the game by now, and they never will before GTA 6 comes out.

Most of the time we’ll use maxed out vehicles, but sometimes if a vehicle is too fast we’ll deupgrade before the ManHunt starts!

Unarmoured cars are much more likely to explode if they fall than armoured ones. Just like you're able to jump down from higher up if your character's strength is higher.

it's wild that people even still comment stuff like that. broughy fact-finding content was years ago. curb boost's impact on spoiler vs not spoilered and when which is faster in races or freemode or whatever.. i hadn't thought about it until this past week using both the truck and regular hotring sabre for races. like, the truck's accel and traction values are higher because it's got a spoiler, and the sabre has a slightly lower accel and traction because it doesn't... but in actual races, i was setting faster lap time records in the car than the truck, due to the higher top speed from curb boosting holding a little longer. also neon helps downforce slightly, so to make the car more controllable, neon on rear only makes it handle a little better but makes it curb boost slightly worse. it was tough to test because most lobbies are full of assholes racing like it's fucking bumper cars, but when i got some good folks in a race and let them hold court at the front, i could collect some decent hot lap notes. i couldn't test the vagner on a reliable enough race track for comparing curb boosting spoiler vs not, and ended up with best laps very close to each other due to cornering speed being so much higher with the spoiler.. but going through some of the stunt races that are basically hold the gas anyway, the vagner was putting down better lap times without the spoiler... almost made me want to buy a second one and kind of have notes for which tracks need which car.

I experienced that when I FINALLY had turbos available! Although everything was "maxed out" I put on turbos anyways because I wanted the sound so: low and behold: the bugger was faster. What did we learn today: if You can, put it on. Max out them suckers. Would be funny: build Your car with all the bling but none the oompf

All tires are the same, but offroad tires give a tiny bit more grip on certain cars. Also some cars have really wide stock wheels, so they also would provide more grip than if you were to change it to a slimmer rim.

I wonder what percentage you would gain in speed over your measured distance between stock and fully upgraded engine, transmission and turbo added? I'm guessing its between 5-10 % difference. PVP cat tested horse speed in RDO and found each bar of speed adds about a 1.5% increase in speed, a real increase but not a huge difference between a horse with 10 bars of speed and 7 bars, around 4.5%. Its probably similar in GTAO. My verdict, if you have the $$$ then why not? Especially if you race. If youre low rank or GTA poor you'll survive driving 5-10% slower. But, mos def get the best armor you can obtain for damage resiatance!

That's laughable people put that much faith into the bar being maxed up... Drive the damn car and you can tell a difference... And saying armor is a waste of money is nonsense... A non armored car is absolutely noticeably weaker than one with armor... Have these people making such comments ever played the game I can't help but wonder. And visual customizations undoubtedly effect handling for anyone wondering, even if they don't move any bars, especially spoilers (which actually does move the handling bar just adding one), suspension, tires, etc

there's a slight difference, not much but there is. its because that system is obsolete. that ems, transmission, and turbo was intended made for a normal car, like tuner car and stuff. but then update after update they only bring supercar and stuff that already "almost" maxxed out. so, money wise its kinda pointless. now i wish, they revamp that system or you know, back to old update. where normal car become a beast after we tune it.

I have a fun theory that you also might want to test, if u have a car fully upgraded and have a lower level exhaust upgrade it make the car slower, for example the übermacht rhinehart if u want the m3 looking back exhaust u can i think notice it being slower than with the max level side exhaust.
