Nobody ever explains why the Armoured Karuma or the Duke O’Death are so good early game, it’s because you literally have zero health at level 1 - 50 and probably also have awful weapons so getting out of a car to shoot is hazardous compared to staying inside your portable bunker 😂

Just a little to add to the Terrorbyte; it has client jobs which a couple are good for making a few $ in a couple of minutes, I used to have a bunker at Churmush and whenever I was heading there from the city, I would do a diamond shopping job as it was on the way and make me a few grand traveling to the bunker. also don't think they are used much now days. it also has a few other toys. missile launcher, player scanner (tells you players details) and a drone.

I am quite fond of my Armored Karuma. In fact, if you were to ask me what should be the first cars new players should obtain, the order I will tell you is quite simple. 1: During the initial Tutorial, when Simeon upgrades your car for free, patrol the airport parking until you find a Sultan. 2: After that, save up to upgrade into an Armored Karuma, specifically the Armored.

How do I get simeon to upgrade a car for free?

It is part of the start of the game. Lamar picks you up from the airport, and immediately enters you into a street race. Regardless of if you win or lose, Lamar refers you to Simeon, who then tells you to bring a car (any car) to the airport LS Customs. Simeon pays for the upgrades, and gives the car to you as your first personal vehicle, and uses that as leverage over you forever. (Do yourself a favour, and find a Sultan.) At least, that is how PC and current gen consoles start the game. Considering the "modern gen" consoles do a Career Builder, I assume Rockstar probably changed the game's start as well.

@@metalm6455 Being on PC, I should consider myself fortunate I started AFTER we got the Criminal Enterprises Starter Pack. You get several vehicles for free, and a several businesses for free. That is not to mention Simeon allowing me to keep that Sultan.

My duke of death took 4 rockets from a deluxo the other night, right before he got butthurt after being destroyed by one homing rocket and chased me around for over an hour being killed repeatedly. Another time it took 7 rockets, idk where thy came from though. I was pretty shocked when it didnt blow up.

I want to correct something here. The duke of death ( full armor upgrade) can withstand 3 rpgs, or 4 homing missiles ( before dying on the 4th and 5th projectiles, respectively. )

yea, each armor upgrade increases how many homming missiles and rpg/sticky bombs the car can take, which being 26 homming before getting blown up with the 27 and 8 rpg/sticky and blowing up with a 9th one

The Vitue is probably my favorite as far as avoiding being killed. If I could only ever have one car in the game it would be that. Makes people so mad they can’t kill me. Or at least very hard. Only time I really get killed in my Vitue is if I’m getting cocky and try to run them over or something and they shoot me. Unless the person has very good free aim with rockets, it’s very hard to kill you.

Imani tech vehicles need the agency to customise...so that price needs to be added. Also the brigade aka acid lab seems nerfed. Mine got destroyed after 12 homing missiles and 1 rpg gunshots and i got that ramp at the front so i may have flipped a lot of cars but idk if that does damage
