question, what is the water drop on the enemy when kafka uses her skill. also why u dont use kafka ult during the enemy turn when they get affect by bs ult? is it better to ult before huhuo ult for energy regen or after for atk boost? does elemental dmg bonus affect dot?

the water drop indicates who Kafka is going to activate the DoTs on. ulting immediately saves energy instead of waiting for enemies turn is usually better. huohuo ult after everyone else's ult is best since since the DoTs are the main source of damage and more energy. elemental damage does boost DoT inflicted characters like Black Swan, Kafka, Serval and more.
