One of my best friends passed away a few days ago and at her funeral today they played a bunch of her favorite video game tunes which included a bunch of different versions of the song of storms. It was always one of her favorites and she even had a little ocarina she knew how to play it on--it even rained one time after she played it. Your arrangement of the song has been a favorite of mine ever since you first posted it a couple years ago and now it has an even bigger meaning to me now that my friend is gone. Thank you for creating such a fantastic, dynamic arrangement.

This is song is incredibly atmospheric, and it's beautiful. This really captured what a storm is. Sometimes, on rainy/windy days, I'll play this and look outside my window. I just...wow.

I don't say this for many remixes, but I actually PREFER this over the Brawl version! The version in Brawl definitely wasn't my favorite, so this remix ABSOLUTELY tops it. Just the way you orchestrated this is astounding, and I found myself wishing this remix was longer when it ended (I'm not good with things ending XD luckily, the replay button still works!) Also, love the rain in the background! I absolutely adore the sound of rain! :) Amazing, amazing job, and I hope this piece of genius gets the attention it deserves! :D

I did upload it! It's called Jungle Swing and is on both my KZbin profile and my Newgrounds profile! The original theme it's arranging is Congo Jungle from Donkey Kong (although I used the version "Jungle Level" from Super Smash Bros Brawl as my reference track). Do note that I'm currently working on some custom music for that game and my DK arrangement over there is just a placeholder for now :). Thanks for the comment.

well uh...unexpected orchestral masterpiece?! seriously, i cant fault this at all :) (okay, i could) the main issue i have with this is that the choir/voices in general are a little too subdued, but this is more of a nitpick than a complaint still, great work mate :)

Actually, about that! I had a super hard time with those choirs since I don't have any dedicated choir plugins at my disposal, so on their own, my choir chants sound pretty artificial. I just kind of tried to hide their bad(ish) quality under a blanket of loads of other instruments and was too self-conscious about how they sounded to turn the volume up any further. I wish I had a better choirs library so I'd be able to showcase the choirs more confidently, but money doesn't grow on trees unfortunately, and choir libraries are EXPENSIVE haha. Thanks a lot for the comment, it's really appreciated.

much obliged :) also, it doesn't matter if the choir is perfect. alot of the imperfections in the choirs sound will be drowned out by the rest of the instruments, no matter the volume.
