5:00... It's "explicit" because it's the raw unfiltered version of the song; they cuss in it basically lol. If you remember, up until the early 2000s, artists used to cut two versions of the same record; one would be the explicit version (whether they used profanity or not) and the other would be called the "radio edit" where portions of lyrics and occasionally even entire verses were changed or omitted to be able to be aired on the radio for the masses. Today they just do the one song and when it's on the radio, it'll be full of blank spots or sound effects masking what's deemed inappropriate 👌🏾 This song is "explicit" because they used words stronger than "damn, hell, and ass" a couple times is all luv. The man on the makeshift cross was portraying Tupac while lip syncing; you're correct in the real Tupac having been killed prior to the video being made/completed

I think they used a double to have Tupac on that "cross" But it a sad video because he is no longer here. He really cared too much for people and it exhausted him. Tupac was actually going to move on from music and be an actor. He was going to retire from music at around the time of his tragic passing.

I’d like to request you do a review of Tupacs “my block” (nitty remix) from his album better dayz Give us your opinion, your take, on what it was like to have been in a position to write this song, these lyrics. The emotions and experiences one could imagine a person would have gone through, or the community they were raised and existed in. Yes I’m asking this from a perspective to highlight REAL rap music. Tupac embodied the true definition of rap, forcing the listener to be exposed to his emotions.
