It's a free park that will be kept clean and safe by the authorities. They didn't spend all that money for it to deteriorate. The government is looking to build one in every Parish.

Facilities like these are common in countries that are developed and civilized and where there are leaders who are really concerned about the the welfare and well being of their citizens. In fact, many years ago it was not unusual to find such relaxation and recreational spaces (even if not as extensive)in all parish capitals and some rural townships. It is hoped that as these areas are built or rehabilitated that all concerned, including the citizens, ensure that they a properly maintained and kept in "tip top" shape.Incidentally, more than one is needed in every parish​@@elainebrown3546
