Greatings, Hello Sir, There is evidence of right sided early inguinal hernia. Hernial neck measures 11mm in width. Hernial sac contains omental loops within. Hernial sac becomes just visible on cough reflex. Left inguinal region is normal. ***Sir please tell me, do I need to worry about this.
