idea: A secret military contractor is going out of buisness, and is hosting a kind of liquidation sale. Players unknowingly buy super expensive and dangerous stuff, eg. a railgun, stealth suit, a robot soldier etc. for dirt cheap, but at some point, the equipment starts malfunctioning and ultimately resulting in the death of the user/operator, or the user gets kidnapped and interrogated by the goverment for stealing classified goverment projects, with whacky punishments.

Idea: The owner of a car dealership/big repair shop hires Harold to deliver repaired or brand-new vehicles to customers using the same catapult concept. Except he got confused in the orders and launched too many cars around San Andreas. The more frustrated he gets, the more cars he launches. Can be any size, model, or type of motor vehicle. The owner isn't aware of Harold's action because at first, he trusted him because he wasn't malicious
