Meerab is an ambitious and beautiful young girl who wants to pursue higher studies. Her entire world revolves around her parents and she believes in them the most. Her strong and confident personality makes her stand against social injustices around her.
On the contrary, Murtasim hails from a powerful and influential family. He respects and values the morals and traditions of his family and refuses to let the family down.
Meerab’s life takes an unexpected turn when she finds out about her family’s decision regarding her and Murtasim’s life. Meerab’s hatred towards Murtasim continues to grow as a family secret from the past resurfaces. Coming from different backgrounds and mindsets, Murtasim begins to realize Meerab’s arrogant behaviour towards him and begins to consider her a challenge for himself. On the other hand, Meerab who is used to living her life on her own terms refuses to accept Murtasim’s family traditions and unnecessary social barriers.
Soon their lives go through a series of emotional sufferings and misunderstandings where it becomes difficult for them to coexist. Despite their hatred towards each other, will Meerab and Murtasim accept their true feelings or will the dynamics of ego and self-respect force them to stay apart?

Can't understand Murtasim. Thought he went to Meerab after Waqas left but he was still roaming around the corridor. And why was he surprised at what he heard, when Maryam already told the truth in front of everyone. And then he goes to Meerab, sees her with Rohail and again doesn't let her explain. He does the same thing over and over again and doesn't learn. Sure he loves Meerab but where's the trust and communication?

We all blamed meerab till this time, pointed out her mistakes all the time, but now we understood that murtasim is also not perfect. Bcoz he is a feudal lord & take final decisions he wants meerab to only love him & obey all the rules of the family and live quitely. Yes he loves meerab but he has never ever listened to her side of the bargain in important discussions & it has happened in the previous episodes. In the promo too he give a shut up call to her & says tumne meri izzat uchali, kya izzat uchali. She doesnt love rohail so its not ke she is having affair with him, maybe she want to have a healthy talk with him about her feelings towards him so that he never come after her again and again and ab toh woh saba ke saath usse milne gai woh bhi public place me. He supports her dream to become a lawyer and dusri taraf uski baat nahi sunta, so it has been established he can commit mistakes too. But i love the anger in his face when waqas said ke main meerab ko yaha aane nahi dunga. He goes to bring her back & misunderstandings happens, comes back alone without her so now what does he want.

For me it is hard to digest that how all sudden meerub being so dump. I really want to see a strong meerub but writer destroy her character. Her story is all about murttasim not meerub she just made her a side character and using her as she wants to.

Confused with murtasim's angry expressions at mabegum towards the end.🤔 Wasn't it his decision to dump meerab during the middle of the night? ( even magum said that she was sent off by her own husband not her. ) and its always been shown that murtasim is the ultimate decision maker. Great defense by waqas. Glad he pointed put the mistakes mabegum made in her upbringing and also put tge blame on malik zubair who is the main culprit. The writer did a good job. Both the girls have suffered enough guilt and regret and should be forgiven now especially maryam who went through a traumatic event. Also good to see he showed all the Khan's their reality. They all want meerab to accept them but will blame her and throw her away when any problrm arises . Just shows how they never considered her as part of their family. Wish he questioned magum's so called trusted witness and proof Haya also. Why is she getting away with everything 😡

Everyone blaming Murtazim here let me remind you. He said to Meerab even after seeing the video "just say once its a lie and I will believe you " and all Meerab did was to stand there with a stupid expression on her face and confirmed everything instead of explaining anything. The fact is that scene writing in this drama is piss poor. More scenarios dont make sense or fit in. The makers of this drama just got lucky that this serial got hyped because of fans and Wahaj Ali. Other than that its very poor made. And standards have dropped from episode 1.
