They are very in love with each other and although they want to avoid it, the feeling is more. For now they will be very comfortable with their partners, and who wouldn't be, Drew and Aiya are very loving. But, and still, they don't seem very happy when they are with them, unlike when the two of them are together.

I don’t understand how a fasciotomy would help in that situation at all. I could see how it might help to relieve some pressure to part of her arm, but how did it help get her unstuck? I know the actual answer is the writers didn’t want to amputate a character’s arm, but this just doesn’t make sense to me.
