I’m the opposite and it sucks too. I don’t use an alarm but I’ve always been able to wake up at whatever time I set for myself. The huge downside is that I can’t sleep in, ever. I wake up around 5 or 6 am even if I stay up late, and I basically crawl through the day until I can go to bed. I occasionally take cat naps (maybe once per month) and if I need a nap I will fall asleep where I stand.

the obsession with no carbs/califlower rice/califlower pizza crust, no desserts, only one cookie 'if the right time', herbal teas, Apple cider vinegar (especially), no sodas, salads, no carbs for breakfast/ garbanzo bean pasta...
