one time in high school I was experiencing a really bad high and one of my friends gave me a clear crystal quartz to hold and I really cant explain it but I just felt the paranoia and fear slowly leave my body and it really helped calm me down.. idk if it was the placebo effect or something but wow I was amazed lol
