I don’t get why everyone is criticising her for saying they try to eat dairy free - she used a fair few alternatives, and just a bit of Parmesan (and honey if you’re looking at it from a vegan perspective). If everyone ate that way the world would be a different place. Step in the right direction ☺️ good on her! Good stuff

eady08 I don’t eat dairy food, it’s not like I try to eat healthy.. it’s because dairy makes me break out..I haven’t had any dairy food for like 3 or 4 years... and my skin is clear than ever, I try to keep it that way...you have no idea how much I miss ice cream.... but I rather no dairy than have acnes..everyday is a struggle lol, but it gets better, you can always have vegan cake, and coconut milk, rice milk, soy milk etc.

I miss this style of the Food Diaries videos. In their home, watching them make it and eat it themselves. Rather than the new version where they’re sitting in a studio talking about their meals. I can appreciate that this old format is more expensive and it limits who you can feature - especially during the pandemic. But just my personal opinion 😊

I'm 100% vegan save for my morning coffee. I couldn't kick the half and half habit because I'm addicted to coffee and I need the creamy element in order to drink it. The nut/soy milk you buy in the store is just nasty chalk water. This, however, is literally the best nut milk recipe I've seen in terms of thickness/creaminess. I wrote it down. Thanks Karolina!

She said that she was 16 doing her first show with vs, and nobody knows it. she looks more mature than her actual age and I think it’s bc she’s really tall, and strong figure that look like women in 30s make people think she was way older back then. She’s only 37 this year. Supermodels in late 90s and 2000s era cannot be compared to their youngest generation now. They are all beautiful, but the old ones are golden era of supermodel.
