love hearing you speak. i like mostly meats too. and try to watch my salt intake. i only eat til i am full. but i am a bit on the heavy side for my height, but when i was younger i worked out a lot and stayed away from fried foods. so i am fortunate not to be suffering from any major health problems. but its just nice to know we are alike. take care❤️
