Kim’s dress was EXTREMELY iconic. It is the literal dress Marilyn Monroe wore while she sang Happy Birthday to JFK. There were guards there just protecting the dress. That said, she did not pull it off the way MM did at all. The hair, makeup, etc. did not support it. Even the skin tone was off. The dress was originally created to match MM’s pale tone/complexion exactly.

I’m surprised Kim made top 10, too. How does it even fit the theme? Or did she just want to show off the dress. It made me kind of sad when she said she had to lose 16 lbs in 3 days just to wear it. On MM it looked like she was wearing nothing but glitter. For Kim tho, it really did look like a nice dress. There’s probably a ton of iconic dresses ppl would want to have & wear. Since it’s THAT dress & from THAT infamous occasion tho, the dress might have actually lost some of its value now that MM is no longer the last one to wear it.
