sir, when the offence defined in sec 196 are committed by persons only as a individual crime, for example A & B conspire together to kidnap a child 'c' & holding him for ransom or when they conspire to commit offences against a community in case of sections involving, 153-a, 295-a & 505(1). Do we need to take sanction of 196 crpc for both the offences? please reply

To sir in case mein 156(3) ki application nhi laga sakta

Wo lag sakta hai, yahan baat magistrate ke cognizance ki hui hai, sec 156(3) mein bola hai [(jo magistrate 190 ke under cognizance le sakta hai), wo investigation ke liye order de sakta hai] 190 aur 195 mein kahin police ke investigation ke liye nahi bola, isliye police ke upar apply nhi hoga.
