Thank you very much for showing us around in Harptopia's Harp Room. ❤️❤️ It's so cozy! Great to see where all the magical harp music is produced! The troll house is so cute! 😊 Why does Nisse live alone? Does he not like the trolls living next door? 😉 And the many different harps you own are so interesting! Maybe you could to an additional videos some day with explaing to differences between the models, the handling, the stringing, those kind of things? 😊 And it's very touching to know that those beautiful dresses belonged to your ancestors. It's a great memorial to them that you still wear them. I'm sure they are proud of you. 👍👍🤗🤗

Hi! Life has been so busy that I finally got to see this video! I've passed it while looking for other Harp Twins songs to share. This room & your tour of it is so amazing! It was awesome to see your original concert grands so close up. I knew they had decorative carving on them, but in this video, I finally got to really see it! Absolutely beautiful. Lol, who needs furniture when you can have all of these beautiful harps?! I thoroughly enjoyed your tour, sharing the harps as well as the art wall (🥰🥰) & trinkets and little animals. The owls are beautiful. My Mom loved owls. I have just a bit of owl stuff from her and love them myself. Though I've not looked for the owl stuff, I've just come across the little I have. This tour is exceptional!💜💜 I also love your online garage sale finds and what you found on the street. And, yes - treasure it is as well as the others. I'm currently looking for an old clawfoot (holding clear marble - each foot holding a marble-thing. I'd had one for many years, but it somehow broke. I hoped my Dad would have been able to fix it as he was so good at so much (including making some furniture), but he was unable. I found out recently that it had been thrown away. 😢 Finding it almost 40 years ago was a happy accident. I have a monochromatic photo of the foot detail with the claw & marble. I'm so glad I took that photo! That beautiful wood item thar your grandpa made...oh so special. So incredibly beautiful. Your mom's addition of lace curtains really completes the look of that other piece that holds your other harp accessories. I appreciate the transcript. Does KZbin do that? Lol, if so they misspelled harps (hearts) a lot, but actually, your harps are close to your heart as well. You and them make the most beautiful music which I've shared all over the place.🤗💜💜 Anyhow, thanks for this lovely and very interesting & informative video. I really enjoyed it all, very thoroughly. Hugs to beautiful Grayling and to you and your mom. I hope I'll be able to see you in concert again....I'm way overdue. 😄 I have to say that your music, especially the harder rock & metal that you play, has opened up "musical doors" for me. You've found the "pretty" in those songs that I wasn't able to do, and I've learned some & sung them myself. 🎶🎶 Most recently, Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters". A buddy & I worked out the various parts, notated the different volumes and other settings. We sang all of the parts as a demo for the next structured group song that we're going to start work on (singing with some of our friends on Smule). It's a lot of work, as we don't get any $ from doing them, but the satisfaction is hearing the final result. First, with our multilayered duet (covering all parts so we can get realistic volume & other settings), and soon, with our extremely talented group who will sing with us. I'm the one who shares the duets and group songs on social media. Anyhow, with Metallica's song, I shared the link, as well as the song, broken up into 3 parts on Twitter. I'm still working on dividing it even more so it will fit on FB & Instagram's Reels. I did the same with the last group (our little group's first song, The Greatest Showman Medley.) song : both the multilayered duet where we iron out kinks & figure out how to work on it with the group and then as the completed group song with various voices turning it into something we're all very proud of. I share everything on Twitter (& try to on Insta & FB😛), which is nice. And I'm very careful to note that we don't own any rights to those recordings, that their rightful owners do. - It's worth adding that if it keeps our posts up. Thank you again so much! This was a fantastic way to start my Sunday. Have a beautiful day! 🥰🥰💜💜🎶🎶⭐️☮️🎈

That was so sweet and lovely! Here is a trivia question for the twins and the rest: What is the name in mathematics for the curve on the harps? Why is it? What is it in broader terms of classifying curves? What famous buildings and structures use the same? There is a way to work out all these curves without a calculator or using math. What is it?

phatbassanchor ~ Thank you for the input and kind comments!! We have done quite a bit of experimenting with different distortion/effects pedals - on our electric harps. *If someone wants to gift us more pedals to try we'll give them a shot.* ;) ;) We just have to try and see if they work for a particular song on harps. ;) ;) Harps are very different in their response than other instruments for many reasons. You might enjoy our effects in Fade To Black kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZq6eJKBg6t5ndE and White Wedding kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJ_NYaOhepaWebM and Iron Man kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYa5XmV7bdB4p8k and Closer to the Heart kzbin.info/www/bejne/h3m4gYxsrrNqlZY We also used manual acoustic distortion techniques in Disturbia, Ghost Riders In The Sky, It's My Life (Bon Jovi) and other songs. kzbin.infovideos Most of the time distortion sounds "muddy" and takes away the distinctive sound of the harp - especially on KZbin. Distortion doesn't usually work because we are covering ALL parts of a song on just harp. When distortion works with our harp arrangement then we use it. We arrange for our live concert performances and not for KZbin. Please listen with headphones because the sound on KZbin is compromised by KZbin's compression in the uploading process - especially if you are listening on a mobile device like a phone, laptop, tablet. Hopefully you can hear us in concert some day. :) :) Sending love, light, blessings, x2
