i want to see this so badly but came late to it and it's so expensive now. Is it loyal to the original play? Is it word for word or an adaptation?

It’s an adaptation by Alice Birch who adapted Normal People novel to screen. I haven’t read Lorca’s original so can’t tell you exactly but it’s a pretty good and impactful stage production. Maybe you can check if you can find tickets on the day e.g. box office returns in the next couple of days?
