Even with money through the Federal Government that doesn’t make it automatic, she has to put it into a bill, then, it has to be signed into law by her before, The IRS will send it out! I think she is just throwing out statements because, she wants people to vote her in! She isn’t the one making the bills and, she isn’t in on that voting process of the bills. No, Federal! State money would be issued through the state governors and, even then, you would file taxes first and,it would come through the IRS! Be Smart here, The DFC / The Department Of Family And Child Services Doesn’t Handout Federal Nor State Stimulus Checks, they come through the IRS! The Federal has to be put in a bill, Federal though means everyone is included! That again would be income that doesn’t count against you and, to get Federal Stimulus Money you do not have to file taxes. Once the Reform Bill gets done and, even if she signs it into law, you do realize it won’t go into effect right away it will then, be at the discretion of the SSA, because, they are a separate government identity, that’s where your monthly checks come from. They have to work on updating there system, even if it gets done the first of the year, they won’t do it till the end of the year going into a new one and, as always we would get a letter mailed to us first from the SSA telling us what is what and the starting dates. Bills have to be done, even for her to hand out all this supposed free money. Then, she has to sign it into law before the IRS will send out any money. She’s playing games here to get all these votes.
