Things are really good now. Inflation is among the lowest in the USA compared to anywhere in the world. And inflation depends on international factors, it is not a presidential issue. If Kamala comes into power she will reverse price gouging & groceries etc will become much cheaper. So yes, to your questions- yes, literally fleeting, not just transitory.

What we also need to do is look back at the success of the first trump administration when we had full employment at 33.3% with black unemployment at a historically, low level, according to the bureau of labor statistics. We also have to remember that during the first Trump term America was the largest producer of energy and we were energy. Independent according to the non-partisan EIA. The Wall Street Journal also had to report that during the first term lower in middle income, Americans received a higher percentage of wage increase upper class Americans. They write off everything, so to minimize their “earned income”. She cannot make them pay more without changing the tax code, but that would affect EVERYONE, not just the rich.
