Lol….my wife and I went to see this house last Saturday. BEAUTIFUL floor plan. It definitely makes you say “oh wow” on entry. Not too far from basic needs(grocery, recreation). The spot that it’s in is easy to get to and doesn’t see a lot of regular traffic, relative to nearby highway 49. Definitely got itself a great spot on my short list. Also, if you don’t mind, Grant. I sat and watched about 13-14 of your videos tonight…..I think your intros with your full body are better than the close up ones. Even though you look like you don’t know what to do with your hands, you seem more…..approachable(?) in those intros. I’m gonna go ahead and subscribe. Look forward to seeing your future videos!

Thanks for watching the videos and I definitely appreciate the advice! Its funny that you mention that because every time I have someone film me, I think about how I don't know what I am doing with my hands! I will definitely try to get some one to film me more often. And watch Ryan Serhant vide and see what he's doing with his hands. haha

Eastwood homes have to stop building cheaply made homes.Give people the quality they pay for.What look good isn't always good.l have bought a Eastwood Home before.

Ah I am sorry you had a bad experience with Eastwood Homes. I know they are building quality homes right now and have been happy with their homes I have dealt with.
