Yoda Matrix I’m jealous at the fact that I will never reach the level of coolness that Harrison Ford reached in his lifetime. Like seriously... this guy is Han Solo, Indiana Jones, Deckard... three of the most iconic characters ever!

@@adam-ll1yf "the level of coolness". :D You will never get the level of H.F. for simply you never will be H.F. himself. You can get the coolnes of Adam Taucher and I am sure you will succed the same "level" , as long as you stop whining the toxic rubbish about yourself of course. You have no right to do such a thing to Adam Taucher. This is not cool. This is crime. You deserve to get some punches from Adam Taucher as a traitor.

You know, watching this interview really conveys the loss of love for the magic of Cinema. Not in the way of his performance, but rather for the fans love of his beloved portrayed characters. Makes me realize that I'm not a Harrison Ford fan. I'm a Han Solo, Indiana Jones, and Rick Decard fan.
@juancarlossepulvedazamora72937 жыл бұрын
From all the interviews I've been viewing recently, I've come to think that Harrison Ford feels particularly proud about being in Bladerunner movies. The others are great commercial blockbusters, but he just loves being part of the story told by Scott and Villeneuve. In his own words, being an "assistant storyteller" to this "cathedral of a movie" that Bladerunner is.
@Pixelkip Жыл бұрын
what does this even mean? Lol, this man played these characters dont disparage what he's given to these movies its not just about the characters imagined by the writers alone.. its the actors who tie it all together.

One of my favorite Ford interviews. I enjoy seeing him talk about something with an attitude that conveys his interest and intrigue in the projects he's working on. Especially considering how reluctant he was to return as Han, it's nice to see that he was actually appreciative of and interested in this role and story.

Blade Runner was commented by Robert J. Sawyer as being the last great breakthrough SF film that probably ever will be. Even if that's debatable in reflection of The Matrix, Children Of Men, District 9 and Anon, Mr. Sawyer's comment is still enough to make me take my own SF fandom much more seriously. Thank you, Harrison, for bringing Han Solo, Indiana Jones and Rick Deckard full circle. 🌎🌌🖖🏻

I love Harrison Ford's work. I am excited about BR2049 as well. Regarding this interviewer, I've seen him interview other performers and he is extremely green behind the ears when it comes to interviewing. This definitely has parallels to the first film just like Deckard Agent K is paired up with a replicant. The new replicant that's going to hunt Ryan's character is an amalgamation of Sean Goings character and little bit of Rutger Hauers character from the original film. I think in one of the trailers they teased Sean Youngs character through a photograph.

I always wondered why they didn't implant artificial memories into all the nexus 6 replicants so they actually think they're human like Rachel rather them being aware that they're artificial with a limited lifespan. That would've circumvented the whole nexus 6 revolt in the first movie. Oh yeah I guess if they did that there would be no blade runner so I kind of answered my own question lol. Thanks and goodnight x
@folx27337 жыл бұрын
Dan Turner the memory implant thing was probably costly and not efficient enough. Rachael is introduced as this brand new model with the feature, there's a possibility it just wasn't widely possible at the time the movie took place.
