History will look back at music, specifically classical music in its eras with stand alone compositions, opera and then film. When the 22nd Century rolls into existence film composition will likely be seen as important as any opera from our present day history. John Williams will be as well known as JS Bach or George Fredrick Handel. (...or by the 22nd Century, people will look at movies as being part of "20th Century nonsense.")
