He didn’t voice the character because his voice has aged. In the last movie they did a good job de-aging him in the beginning but his old man voice coming from a young Indy was uncanny and wouldn’t have worked well in the game.

@@diamond-sk2ll I know what you mean, but the digital face was ok, they could have done what they did with JEJ's voice in Kenobi for Vader, so technically it's still Ford's spoken words.

@@Grant-i9l ehhh, yeah, but Vader both didn't have very many lines in Kenobi and has a difficult voice to replicate. for the *main character of a video game*, I'd much, much prefer a new guy to throw their hat into the ring, even if they end up sounding a bit different. Honestly this also applies to those weird digital youngening scenes that they have going on in Star Wars TV. The guy they cast to do the body acting for Luke looks almost EXACTLY like young Mark Hamill but they still insist on putting an uncanny CG face on him and making him talk through that soulless AI voice that is just so INCREDIBLY stilted and weird for long periods of time i mind the faces less in video games obviously because video games have to look like that, but i dislike the voices overall and would like to see them used only very sparingly
