I got mine after it was cancelled and complained on social media so they asked me to call a number. Because I placed mine since August 7 th and was not fair to sell it to those who went to the store. I’m glad I got it it’s worth so much money 💰

Same thing happened to me! My preorder was cancelled but I got an email saying it was a technical error and my item was still allocated to me. I couldn't wait for them to send it, so I went into the store to get mine 😅

Terrible that people have had to go to the store and go out of their way when they already ordered it. Not to mention, people who don’t live in London couldn’t have even done that
