'the magic of bone broth comes from roasting bones first and rendering the carrots, celery and onion until golden. From there, it takes on a rich , hearty broth. When I strain the broth, I use the veggies and stuff by blending and put in freezer trays to add flavour to rices, soups etc. from the freezer as needed in individual cubes. Just make sure there's no bones. Cheers!

Calendula cream can also help with dermatitis and also caster oil, it’s a bit sticky so can mix with apricot kernel oil.

Hi Em! Loved this video as always. I don’t know if this will help you, but it helps me. The E45 dermatitis cream works wonders for me. Granted, I only have the smallest flare ups and they’re quite rare… usually when I’ve gone to town with retinol 😂 but within a couple of days the dermatitis is totally gone. It’s a permanent fixture in my skincare bag. I do recommend xxx

Happy new year! Absolutely Harrods! Selfridges is definitely ‘cooler’ but also selfishly I walk to Harrods a lottt so I go way more often as I walk past most days haha! I just like how old fashioned / how much history there is? It feels more premium than Selfridges in my opinion Xxx

My dear Em ! I saw a video of yours by mistake from 5yeras ago . As beautiful as today . Love the room. But…… I notice you had a healthier hair. Please try Moroccan Oil mask and every day the Moroccan Oil treatment oil . Not the light one ! Just a little bit at the ends brush with a softest wet brush and dry . When you put you mask at the shower , put a plastic cap and let hot water run or put the blower over , let it for half and hour . You will that me. I bleach my hair too and is very dry. But when I do this it changes completely. Try it !!!! ❤

Thank you! My hair is actually much healthier than it was 5 years ago so maybe what you saw was me with my extensions? Yes my hair is super frizzy here but that’s just the nature of my hair when it gets damp and also genetically I have very course, dry hair! I love Moroccan oil! Will try your technique!
