We have done 7 total NCL as Haven guests the last one 11 /23 Transatlantic on the Prima aft owners suit large balcony . Is there any diffrence with the newer Viva. They appear identical. Word of warning, the 2 person hot tub on the balcony is filled with hot water upon request only by the room steward and does not have temperature control. The hot tub is then drained and sanitized after use. . If you do the Haven you get a Butler. Your Butler is suppose to meet you on day one and help you unpack and acquaint you with yours cabin. Sometimes they dont and seem to disappear. There is also a carry around phone to use in the cabin to call the Butler anywhere on the ship to attend to your needs 24/7. Make sure you get the Butlers phone number. Butlers tend to not tell you this perk. Go Haven or stay home.

Seems like there are a lot more Haven cabins. Decks 12-16 Aft are all Haven vs. 2 decks and assorted "remote" Haven cabins on Breakaway-class. Is it more crowded than Breakaway ships? I hope it doesn't diminish the experience.

Even though the Viva is a Prima class ship it appears, from what little I've seen so far, to not be a "copy" of the Prima. Any chance you'd consider a Prima / Viva comparison video? We're bummed because our Pearl trip got cancelled and we opted for a Haven.

Great video but all made-up. The Viva is under construction and all of this is based on limited Prima information and PROJECTIONS of what the Viva will have. Why not be more transparent????
