I dont think breda has been written very well. Her introduction was great and subversed expectations but since then her motives have been poor and she just seems like an unnecessary character stuck on side of plots. For example in this storyline, i would have much prefer harry to leave with an emotional goodbye and decent reasons, but breda killing him is just frustrating.
