No laws in the succession act mention DNA and the titles act also doesn’t mention DNA. Perhaps you’re unaware that a woman can give birth to a child not biologically linked to her. If they used a donor egg the child is still legally theirs and born of her body. If they used a surrogate and their own egg and sperm then the child is biologically theirs and DNA proved nothing. If the child isn’t biologically linked to Harry or her it’s still moot because the only requirement is that she gave birth while married to Harry and DNA won’t tell you that.
