When Meg was a working royal and reducing her staff to tears, her supporters said that the BP staff were not used to working to American standards (or words to that effect). Absolutely!! I too think M&H violated the terms of their NDA, thus rendering the agreement null and void. I think Josh should be able to dish the dirt. He might have a case for a wrongful termination suit if he was fired as well. One other thing not mentioned here is that there could be a financial dispute between the two parties as well. If Josh was terminated, he would be due some type of severance pay or to be paid out to the end of his contract depending on the conditions of his employment. Because I remember the bullying report was about people working for the Gruesome Twosome at KP. So it seems that would be highly relevant.

@@rileyperkins2724 Yes, I agree. But the names and identifying features in the document can easily be redacted. That happens all the time in legal cases. I think the RF may want to keep ahold of it as a bargaining chip in the upcoming divorce from hell. But TBH, they probably already have a mountain of dirt on MM already stockpiled, and ready to go. Also I don’t know if a US legal court would be able to subpoena it as evidence for a US case.

@@katelondon54 I think redacting the names would dilute the accusation to the point that it would be virtually useless. And I believe redaction has to be done with the agreement and permission of the person whose name is to be removed. Difficult to prove an accusation without a named and verifiable witness. I don't know if the Royal Family prefers to be above this sort of dirty work, or if Medusa has been quietly investigated. Given the lack of respect and wokeyness so prevalent these days, if it were revealed that the RF had Medusa investigated before the wedding (and they should have) there might be backlash toward our late Queen for giving Prince Poor Me permission to marry her, despite it. Most people these days don't know about the scandal attached to Edward VIII, or possibly the Queen's desire to avoid it by giving permission. She couldn't have known that Medusa would free a very nasty snake. Remember that the US attempted to deliver some sort of summons to Prince Andrew; I think they can try to subpoena evidence, but there's nothing to say the UK has to provide it.

@@rileyperkins2724 For sure, the late Queen and MI5 had Medusa seriously background checked before the wedding. They knew ALL her secrets. MI 5 does this with anybody close to any royals, friends, lovers, certainly anybody marrying in. To be sure, it was a rare mistake that QE2 let Harry marry the yaught girl. I think it was a combination of elderly age and not having the energy for a big family fight. Plus Medusa could use the race card if denied permission. And then there’s the indisputable fact that with William’s three children, Harry wasn’t important constitutionally anymore, so the Queen didn’t have to step in because Harry was never going to wear the crown. I think that even if the names in the bullying report were redacted, it would still be compelling. IE, MM did xyz (horrible thing) to Jane Dow. Why is it so important to know the name, except for MM personally to know her accuser? It doesn’t negate that horrible abuse was done. Yes, the US can’t subpoena Andrew for questioning about Jeffrey E. So probably can’t get the bullying report unless the RF lets it out.

@@katelondon54 You're right and you're wrong. The Queen didn't 'let' Hazard marry the yacht girl. She was caught between two choices, both bad, so don't blame it on her age and/or energy. She was right on top of it to the last. She remembered her uncle's choice and the scandal he brought on himself and the RF with his marriage. Don't forget, Edward VII was handsome, charming, and not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, and he had threatened suicide. It appears that Hazard is more of the same, only worse. If the Queen denied permission for the marriage there might have been two results: 1)Hazard threatening suicide or following through (although I think he loves himself too much for that; although, attention-loving though he is, that would have probably been the ultimate attention-getter); or 2)he would have married her anyway, possibly being exiled for it (although I also doubt that, because he simply isn't important enough), with the attendant scandal. The Queen very probably decided to put the best face on it and attempt to avoid another scandal like Edward VIII's, not realizing what Hazard had in mind; I doubt anyone could have predicted what a snake in the grass he'd become. I doubt the RF feared the race card. They have some black blood themselves, and they are aware of it. It's kind of hard to accuse someone of prejudice against blacks if they are part black themselves. And, despite the ballyhoo concerning colonialism, the current Royals have shown themselves repeatedly to harbour no prejudice against the various races. I would point out the circumstances under which Victoria became Queen, with reference to Hazard 'never wearing the crown.' It could happen. One cringes at the idea, but there it is. For legal purposes a name can be necessary for proof of identity and verification of that person's presence, employment, experience, etc. It isn't possible to prove the identity of Jane Doe and verify her story. Nothing negates the abuse these people suffered, but the courts require proof, which leads us back to the circle of legal purposes. The US can issue a subpoena for anyone they please, including citizens of foreign countries. They cannot force a citizen of a foreign country to accept or comply with that subpoena. Why would the US want the bullying report? The incidents occurred in the UK, the persons involved were UK citizens, and the report is unlikely to be of particular interest to US authorities.

This former Chief of Staff undoubtedly signed an ironclad NDA preventing him from speaking about Haz-been & Me-Again & his employment with these grifters. However, if someone from their side was able to mention his employment to the press, that may make an NDA questionable. If he cannot speak about it then their side shouldn't be able to either. If they're speaking about his employment being a trial basis or whatnot, that should null & void his NDA. I hope so & I hope he shouts from the rooftops about everything he endured during his "trial basis as Chief of Staff". Pop off, Josh. We'd happily listen.
