This was horrible. He arrived with school history knowledge and no knowledge about the fascist movement in Italy. They probably only understood half of what he said. Fascism is not intrinsecally racist, and historically it elaborates a racist theory in 1938 after the strengthen of the diplomatic relationship with Nazi Germany, the only or one of the few States in the Society of Nations (predecessor of UN) to stay on the side of Italy once the war against Ethiopia was finished and won in 1936. Before 1938 a lot of jews were fascist, and people even blacks in the colonies were subscribed to the party. Fascism arise in 1921-22 and up until the '38 racism was not part of the ideology, it was more a political move. Of course there was racism in Italy like everywere in Europe or America, but it was not intrinsically related to fascism. Nazism on the other end is built upon the theory of the arian race, and try to legitimate its rivendications because of the superiority of the German people amongst arians, and every arian over the inferior races like slavic peoples, jews, negroid some asian and australasians. Nazism literally has a scale of races and value given to every race and is because of that value that a race or people can or cannot be free, dominant etc. Those theories were present in the nazi ideology since when the Mein Kampf (the political manifesto of Hitler and Nazism) was written by Adolf Hitler during his detention. So you can see how those two ideologies have dfferent roots, different bases and in the end affected the world in very different ways. In fact fascism and fascist did have a very different treatment at the end of the war. I hope to have been enough clear with my explanation.

Great video, but at 2:23 it says that ultras are known for racism, which is misleading. Politics is part of the subculture but there are ultras on the left and the right.
