There is no other explanation for this than that Harry is jealous and angry about Louis and Eleanor. First he is just playing around and then suddenly everyone is screaming because of Louis and Eleanor passing and he is throwing a ball right at their direction ? There is literally no reason why he would throw a football that hard in this direction other than being angry. And he doesn‘t continue to play around or even get the ball back and is just sitting on pavement. Like „thats it“. Also I believe he was pissed that the Fans cheered for Louis.
