i don’t think thats the case. the reason ron and lavender dated was because ginny was making fun of him for never kissing anyone during a fight they had. and i believe (i might have my time line messed up, i haven’t read the books in a while) that before he was poisoned, ron was talking about how whenever he tries to break up with her, she just holds on tighter, so he obviously wanted to break it off way before he was given the bezoar. and if anything, ron would have put a love potion on lavender based on her strange infatuation with him, not the other way around.

You know, while reading about this film, I learned that Bonnie Wright was eighteen at the time of the filming. Personally, I think she was kind of cute. That's the thing. I'm 25.
