@@SammEater And yet, without John Williams' themes from the movies (Quidditch, the Family Portrait, the Voldemort theme and especially Hedwig's Theme), I can't help but feel like something's missing. Maybe that's just me not having enough experience in Western RPGs to be familiar with him and/or not noticing if he had to make the best of a bad situation such as not having heard the score for the movie, but this could have been fixed going into Chamber of Secrets and wasn't.

@Balakeh Copy/paste from Wikipedia aside, using an incorrect term for something because it _almost_ fits doesn’t make the term applicable. If it’s not a port, another term should be used. One of the core principles behind porting software is the significant cost decrease associated with the practice as opposed to rewriting the source from scratch. If it would cost a lot less to port the software, it’s portable. If it would cost less to rewrite from scratch, this is done instead. Licenses being given to multiple different software houses to create the same game for different systems does not a port make, because they’re all written by different, independent, teams at roughly the same time. Many 8-bit computer games were made for one system and then ported to other systems once they gained traction in the market and proved successful. Many others were made as completely different games by completely different teams and are entirely different from each other. These cannot be considered ports.

@Balakeh There doesn’t need to be a term, they’re simply different games. A port is the same game compiled for different systems. These are different games. You could call them versions, or simply games. As the section of the Wikipedia article you posted correctly explains, they were known at the time as conversions, though that in itself isn’t an entirely accurate descriptor for many titles of the day since, as I stated, many were independently developed from scratch for the different systems by separate studios.

I'm familiar with the PS1, but the GBC is unique to me, as that game made Harry Potter act like Final Fantasy, plus it follows the novel way more. Same applies to Chamber of Secrets.

PC and PS1 does have some similarity by it’s own moment when it comes by cutscenes but as for OG Xbox/GC/PS2 version itself, it’s actually a first HP remake game. -After I finished played PS1 game copied, used to start play updated game on OG Xbox and it does feels like almost everything has been updated.. it doesn’t feel quite the same at all. Then again, it’s suppose to be playable by each different version by itself no matter what-

I remember loving the soundtrack of the only version I played, which was on the Game Boy Color. I originally wanted to get it for the PSX, but one of my friends had it on his Game Boy and I got to see him play a little and instantly fell in love. So, while I definitely loved my brother’s PSX more than my Game Boy Color, I wanted to give my system more games to play at the time and wanted to be able to share the experience with my friend’s.

But As much as I love these games, we need to worry about more is people refusing to go and see #FantasticBeastsTheSecretsOfDumbledore all because of her comments; I’d highly encourage and recommend everyone [please Encourage as many other people as you can as well please :-) See it as many times as they can in theaters, and even If possible,buy a ticket for it In place of going to see another movie so that way it still gets money without you actually having to see it multiple times. Buying as many merchandise directly related to it as possible will also truly help. Also remember that if you’re refusing to see it because of #JohnnyDeppIsMyGrindelwald Then please remember that this movie needs to do well so as to give Johnny the chance to actually come back in the Later movies, For the actor who played MacNair The executioner was re-casted for prisoner of Azkaban and then came back for order of the Phoenix. The bottom line is that if #FantasticBeastsTheSecretsOfDumbledore Doesn’t do well, And they don’t make the remaining two movies,then Johnny definitely will never be back as Grindelwald!Plus you also have to remember that it’s about to be a new company with new people over seeing it, So as such you were technically not paying that company and are actually giving more of a chance than not having him actually return. Especially depending on what may happen with the results of his trial that’s going to be happening shortly after the movie comes out, the new people taking over Warner Bros. right before it comes out…… Also remember in regards to her that she doesn’t necessarily get a whole lot of money from this, as well the fact remains that as many people have pointed out that she already has so much money that not supporting the series will not really change any kind of “power“ that you may have against her, and after all the series should not suffer at all because of her for Regardless of what you may think, nothing I repeat nothing will ever ever truly take away what a series overall truly means to you let alone other people, And again it’s not The series that’s the problem at all in any kind of way :-) Also keep in mind that even though it’s not the best example they have at least one transgender person or someone who identifies themselves as “They” in the cast so much for her transphobia……

yes that's an accident,i always do two phase of editing for each videos,in first phase i edit hours of gameplay into minutes of gameplay and converted them to mp4 then in final editing where i compile all the gameplay video i will edit even minutes of video into 2 or 3 minutes of video,during this phase i accidentally included first phase of video that is 5 minutes of pc version and i forgot to edit them completely my plan was each video should be around 2 to 3 minute at max.....but accident happened that's why it was lengthy....

Gameplay itself, it’s actually not. GC, OG Xbox and PS2 are all identical no which 6th generation console you have from playing the game, still’s the same gameplay but as for character design and others (graphics, well, only if you care for that), it deepens how it actually looks on screen itself between being clear or blur while play the game. I have Xbox game copied and it still looks like PS2 and GC except it’s clear on first console of Xbox but did turned out from being a bit sharp on X360. Otherwise, it’s COS console game itself that’s only different between PS2 and Xbox/GameCube.

PS2 in this video is definitely running on emulation, PSX2 by the look of it. Gamecube also looks like emulation, Dolphin perhaps. Unless its on original hardware its not a true comparison.

Comparing the PSOne and PS2 versions of the same title, as an example, doesn’t require physical hardware; they’re distinct in their gameplay and in their capabilities. This can easily be observed without use of the console for which they were developed. If the comparison was questioning performance and not differences in style and gameplay, it would be a different matter.

There's the thing with most youtubers afraid of showcasing PS1 graphics in its true form. We see mostly PS1 games on PS2,PS3 with smoothing and texture mapping on smooth or it's almost always runs on emulators with maxed out settings on youtube. I loved the PS1 graphics and I knew none of them look that smooth on real hardware.
