From what i know, a trauma bond isn't when two people are connected because they went through the same trauma as most people believe it is, it's the bond between abuser and victim where they become dependent on each other or something like that

Actually no. It's a form of manipulation. It can be mutual but often times abusers use this to keep a tight leash on their victim unfortunately.
