December 4 2022: Finding your channel has been a few days of “feasting out” on the beauties of your travels. One says you feast with your stomach but the eyes hold so much more. While my children grew up with the Harry Potter series reading I have never. I believe I am going to give it a go. Keep that adventure going as many of us are living precariously with you both lovely couple.

I think the best time to visit Scotland weather wise is August, September. The midgie season runs from May to early September.

You could be right, but that gorse won't flower again until later...but then again you will probably have those beautiful Heather's in flower

Okay, so I am still digesting this video. I like both your communication styles. Liam, I would hate to hear your thoughts on a bad camp sight. 😂 And Janine, I take it you don't care for midges. 😂 I really smile and laugh when I watch your videos. And the train shots were perfect.

There’s nothing quite like the chuff, chuff, chuff of a steam train going through the countryside, very atmospheric.

I’m 64 from Edinburgh and would love to do what you’re doing. I am full time carer to my 38 year old medically complex daughter so very unlikely to travel the way you are. So just keep making videos for me. 🥰

Want to kill many Potter birds with one Voldemort stone? The hidden town and the cobbled street which served as the inspiration for the district where Harry buys his wands as well as banks; the place the first book was written; a large museum exhibit; the school which inspired Hogwart's; the churchyard where most of the names in the first Potter book are to be found and, lastly, the grave of...Voldemort. Edinburgh. N.b. The school is called Heriot-Watts. The elite pupils who attend that school are protected. So do not try to enter the school grounds....this would not be a clever thing to attempt.
