It's July 31st and you all know what that means! A Harry Potter video from me, as usual.
This time, I wanted to actually focus on Harry Potter as a character rather than a general tribute of the show. He's (obviously) the main character, yet he's rarely anyone's favourite character. There's obviously so much I could've focused on, but in the end, I went with what breaks my heart: how he wanted to be a normal kid, but fate wouldn't let it happen.
He never wanted to be the Chosen One. He never wanted to be famous, didn't care about being rich. He just wanted to have parents and friends and finish school and have a normal life. He always remained humble, generous, and sacrificial. He went off to his death, alone and afraid, not knowing he would survive, just because he thought it would save people. And he was just a kid throughout all of it.

You know why people don't overhype Harry as their favourite character? Because every book they read, every movie they watch, they live through Harry. They become the main character in Harry Potter in their head replacing him, wishing they were him and not exactly being able to appreciate what it takes to be him. Whereas the other characters are whom they imagine interacting with, thus learning to appreciate their qualities. It's like in real life where you are aware of what qualities people around you possess, yet not being quite sure about yourself...

i love my son Harry James Potter so much, when I was younger Ron was my favourite character but as I've reread the books and grown older, Harry is my favourite. I still love Ron a lot but my god, Harry is just ... so GOOD, he just wants to be normal and unnoticed and yet he has the weight of the world on his shoulders. This video is exactly why Harry is my favorite character in the whole HP. He has faced so much in his life and he never even got a proper childhood. Imagine being in your teens but has the responsibility of killing the darkest wizard of all times and the faith of the wizarding world in your shoulders. Harry truly has a horrible life, but my favorite thing about him, that he always feel sorry to people. Even, *Voldemort* himself, the guy who ruined Harry’s life and HARRY STILL FEELS SORRY TO HIM. The time from which I started diving into Harry's life, I didn't realize how soon it became mine. I love editing as well so I know the time and patience something this long would need and yet this is one of the best edits i´ve ever seen!!! Thank you so much of reminding me of how amazing it was to read The Harry Potter series because once the books are over they are over and it's not the same if you read it again but this small video was able to summarise and bring out the best parts of all the books/movies and i have never been so close to tears from watching a movie edit. Firstly, such a well done edit/video. Thank you so much for this. Now about the story Harry Potter; both the movies and the books. One of the few fiction series/stories which touches the core of heart, of human emotions, all through a very normal yet very special boy- Harry Potter. he is a normal boy, yet very special. Who dealt through every hardship, every lost chance of experiencing love, especially of parents, who accepted the thrust war upon him and his role. Yet emerged as one person who was the symbol of love, of triumph of love over hate; of the symbol that even in hardships one can choose to become a good person, choose the path of righteousness and love; and not hate like Voldemort. And I am so so proud and happy that Daniel Radcliffe portrayed, showed every part of that Harry potter; his pain, his fears, his loss, his joys, he lived Harry Potter.

My mum doesn't like harry potter because they are wizards and they do magic. But she doesn't understand that harry potter is more, it's friendship, love, happiness but also sadness and tiers. This video put Harrys story into its real perspective, as someone who spent his entire adventure trying to figure out who he was without the guidance of where he came from that others took so easily for granted, and all while trying to live up to a legend he didn't feel he belonged to until he actually defeated Voldemort and had that sense of peace of someone who knew they'd earnt what they got

this.....this is just.......this made me cry and im not complaining and i feel so bad for harry and people still say draco had is worst....No draco didnt have it worse think of harries back story for a bit then look at draco, draco has his family has his new clothes, can eat as much as he wants and more while harry is the exact opposite he has no family he wears old clothes and he can only eat as much as his aunt and uncle put on his plate but Dudley its half his food so basically he hardly has any food left and i feel so bad for him. This video made me realize how bad his life is i already knew but not i know even more.
