You could also do invitations as Hogwarts letters, and you have a template for the information pre-made! "Dear mr/ms [last name], we are please to inform you that you have been invited to attend [A&B's] Wedding of Witchcraft and Wizardry." The enclosed "school supply list" could be your RSVP card. Sealed with a Hogwarts wax seal (or you can also make them out of hot glue if you want to batch make them and have them premade to put on envelopes)
