I would be so proud of that car. The heritage, memories.

Enjoyed this very much, especially the unveiling at the end. I purchased my 31 Model A one year ago from a gentleman who had owned it for over 65 years. I now drive it every day, in all weather-these are great cars!

Beautiful work, the car is brand new now. But what a wonderful women , with mother and daughter keeping their hair in a natural colour,: I really appreciate to see smart women that don’t want to hide their age with useless tricks! Even because my mother was the same,: natural but with care.

The hours and hours a hand work that go into a restoration of this caliber are documented in this video. Nice job.

I love the 1:00 mark area. There was a lot of dents so we didn't fix it. We just coated the whole area with a lot of filler. Please tell us the address so I don't go there.

Mike, it depends on the condition of the vehicle at the start and to what level you want things at the finish. Twenty to sixty thousand is probably a good range.

such high tech tire changing machinery...
@Rebel96687 жыл бұрын
We used to do the same thing. Broke beads by running a car over the tire or with a bumper jack, two big screwdrivers to get the tire off the rim. You can do a lot when you're poor, lol. We had a bubble balancer too and it balanced the tires just as good as any of those computerized things they have now.

It is a piece of art! Well done! What is the rock music that you played at some time?
@shirson6 жыл бұрын
Thanks and I'm glad you enjoyed it. To tell the truth, I did not pick the music, but just let whatever was playing in the background come through because what those guys chose .to work to is part of the story!

Some people may not believe it takes over 20k to do this. True, a hack job will cost less and look like just that. By the way, the landau bars are upside down.
@Rebel96687 жыл бұрын
That's not to say that you shouldn't buy one if you can't afford 20K though. They don't all have to be museum pieces. Heck, I'd be just as happy with one that looked like Jed Clampett's, lol.

Easy $20-30k to make a hot rod.... Can't imagine what this would cost to do, but so worth it!

And it's all done to good old country music. No wonder it turned out so good. But don't tell me he hand sanded every spoke of every wheel. That's going a little too far. Sport Coupes are nice but I sure do appreciate that quarter window behind the door on a regular coupe.
@StanHirson5 жыл бұрын
Jim, I hope you noticed the band-aids on his fingers from all the sanding! I did not pick the music. Tha's were playing. A bit of country makes good mechanics!
