Harry just doesn't get it... no one cares. He was born into a life that few people can ever experience. There is nothing on earth that he can't do... but instead of enjoying his life all he does is whine. He always looks like an angry, pouting child who needs the teat. Harry could be using his fame to help people, which for normal people makes us feel better... but even in this all Harry knows how to do is to use the system to his benefit and then whing on when people don't praise him. Look how he has turned Invictus Games into his and Meghan's personal piggy bank and ego trip, look how he has ignored the abuses to the African Tribe members by his African charity, yet he doesn't lift a finger to help. The problem with Harry is that he is truly unlikeable... and no amount of whining will change that fact.

I don't understand U.K. law but I do know those involved in an ongoing investigation or court case are prohibited from speaking about the subject. Why then is Harry doing this? we know why he's getting away with it, but it makes the whole system look unfair.

Parties to an ongoing civil case are not prohibited from speaking about it in the US, or in the UK, unless the Court specifically orders them not to. However, most lawyers would advise a client not to discuss their ongoing case, and particularly not to discuss it publicly with the press.
