You know it's not the same as it was" Reminds me of us having fun together during the young age He had very bad health problems and I though to myself "hey it can't be that bad, I'm sure he will be fine" And that's the last thing I could have thinked of before he died of cancer. At his funeral was the last time I could say goodbye to him. Rest In peace Simon. You will be missed

This song reminds me of this gamer friend that I used to play with all the time. we would spend our time playing all through the nights, laughing at the game, each other, anything, calling each other names and saying I hate you, but knowing deep down we loved our friendship and each other (platonically). sadly life hit him and he was gone for a few months, when he came back things were ok between us, we adjusted, life went on, and then hit me. I was gone for a few months as well, a bit more than him, however when I came back things were different. we were distant, dry conversations, hard to even play at all with eachother. slowly the time between our chats became days to weeks to months again, i don't think he's coming back this time, it's not the same as it was. I miss him so much, I was so happy with him....uugh but that's not us anymore sadly. I guess I just miss how it was back then :( edit: the point I wanna get across. Be happy that it happened, not because it's over :)

@@Specter36237 i really appreciate your support, but i think i have to let him go, i know that holding on to him to stay with me is selfish. He needs to go live his life, his real one, not a gaming life. If he comes back id be more than willing to try it again, but I honestly have accepted that he doesn’t want to game much anymore, we grew up ya know, unfortunately.. but thats okay. Thats life. U know it really remides me what i had too, i had a gamer friend too from maplestory i used to play alot and she was my best friend.. we also used to play so much when we were around 12-13 and she meant alot to me, but one day she never came and after a year she came back, it wasnt the same as it was.. she went again forever.. didnt see her for 8 years and i miss her so i feel u so much and i hope everything is alright, god bless u
