It shouldn't be something to worry yourself about. But in show business, especially for musicians that tour and perform live they usually have staff that follows them. The staff could include their photographer, their PR, their band, their publicist, managers too follow them around. The life of an artist is very busy with grueling schedule that they sometimes hire people to manage their email accounts. So yes, this channel could be one of the publicist. But does that matter? Some artists wouldn't bother to put so much of themselves and what they are upto out there. He chose to so enjoy it and always remember celebs are human beings, let them live their lives.
